At the top is my favourite breakfast as of late from Clover cafe in Annadale- The baked eggs hot pot with Chorizo and Goats cheese. The location is a humble but groovy little joint where the sun isn't in your face but is there enough to keep you warm.
Last weekend I attended the PMA Imaging show and played around with a lot of multimedia equipment, mainly cameras. I've now come to a decision for my next micro four thirds cam cam- the Lumix Gf2. It was so much easier to navigate than my previous choice, the Olympus Pen E-PL1. So once I rebuild my bank account that will be my first purchase.
After the PMA show I refueled at Pasta Vera in Pyrmont before going to the last ABC classicfm Sunday Live concert for Sydney. Performing was the Indian/Jazz fusion called The Sandy Evans Project. A beautiful balance between traditional indian and western jazz sounds. Before this I had never heard a Sitar played live- amazing. A lot of improvisation happened and it was just right; there was spontaneity but not so much that it sounded like free-jazz (that gives me a headache). I'd love to hear them play again.
Last but not least is the only still shot I got of Abby the newest addition to my extended family. I guess you could call her my dog cousin.
